Hal Zucker, ITI, President, founding partner and a Principal Broker of Living Structures, has been in the real estate business for over 25 years, with experience in commercial, investment and residential sales as well as property management and construction. Hal is nationally known as a real estate instructor and teaches regularly throughout New York State. Hal lives with his wife and partner, Claudia Zucker in East Durham, NY, where he enjoys fishing, hiking and oil painting. Hal and Claudia have two children, Amanda, a graduate student in medicine at Drexel University in Philadelphia and Jonathan , a senior at Plattsburgh State College in Plattsburgh, NY.
 Claudia Zucker has been a Real Estate Broker for over 21 years. She started her career in Manhattan and worked downtown on Co-op sales in Chelsea, SOHO and Tribecca for over 10 years. Claudia also trained as a mortgage broker for Homestead Funding and is very knowledgeable about financing real estate purchases.She now is a senior partner with her husband, Hal Zucker, in Living Structures which has two offices: in Greene County and Albany County. She has worked in Community Services and donated hours to do volunteer work within the community. After raising four children (with one daughter still at home) she is ready to help with all of your Real Estate needs. Christina Kuever Christina Kuever has been a Greene County resident since 1983. A native of Staten Island, she relocated to Greene County after years of vacationing in the area. Christina has been dealing with the public from several surrounding communities on a professional and personal level for 23 years. She has attained knowledge and experience working with local government authorities and offices throughout the years and has maintained many lasting relationships along the way. Christina truly possesses integrity and prides herself in the ability to listen and assist people with their needs. Bottom line is if you want something done right, and CAN'T do it call Christina!
